Printer maintenance from 21.11.2024 to 31.01.2025 for only €99 instead of €249 - Use the turn of the year for maintenance

Regular maintenance of thermal transfer printers is essential to ensure consistent print quality, a long service life and trouble-free operation.

We therefore recommend that our customers have their Texit printers professionally maintained in our workshop every two years. Unplanned breakdowns are often due to defects caused by wear and tear.

Prevent such unnecessary breakdowns and benefit from our printer maintenance campaign. Send us your TX4 or TX4M printer including the completed participation form by 31.01.2025 and you will pay just €99 for complete maintenance by trained technicians in our printer workshop. The maintenance includes the following:

Step by step to a freshly serviced printer

Printer maintenance procedure

01 Download & fill out participation form

Download the participation form via the link above and fill it out completely. Do you have any questions? Then you can contact our service department from Monday to Friday on the following number: +49 (0) 6071 928 4023

02 Send your Texit printer incl. entry form

Enclose the completed entry form with your Texit printer and send both to the following address: Texit Deutschland GmbH, Güterstraße 2 in 64807 Dieburg Germany.

03 Printer maintenance

Maintenance takes approx. 2-6 working days from the time of receipt. Our technicians will carry out the included services and any additional services (depending on the information you provide in the entry form) professionally. If other anomalies are noticed during maintenance, our experts will contact you to discuss how to proceed.

04 Return shipment

We will send your freshly serviced printer back to you immediately. Depending on what you specified in the entry form, either in new original packaging or in the packaging you used. If you have decided to have the printer sent without the original packaging, Texit cannot be held liable for any transport damage.

05 Ready to print

Your freshly serviced Texit thermal transfer printer is fully functional and ready to go again!

Printer maintenance campaign conditions of participation

All Texit customers with a TX4 or TX4M thermal transfer printer can take part in the promotion. To participate, the participation form must be completed in full and sent to Texit together with the printer. The participation period is 21.11.2024 to 31.01.2025. The printers must be received by us in Dieburg by 31.01.2025 at the latest in order to participate in the promotion.
