Marking in the rail industry: fire protection guidelines and heavy loads place high demands
If the HTX-RS0 or HTX-PS0 markers are printed with the Texit system, they meet the current requirements in accordance with EN 50343:2014 (Annex H) with regard to abrasion resistance. The material complies with the classification according to the European railroad standard EN 45545-2:2016 (R22/R23). The easy-to-use Texit thermal transfer printing system saves you time and money during installation.
For outdoor requirements, we offer embossed or lasered stainless steel markers. These ensure maximum safety even against aggressive substances. At Texit, we make permanent marking simple, sustainable and efficient - see for yourself and test our products on site, completely free of charge and without obligation.

NEW: Cable markers without cable ties
With the same features as the AIO cable markers, but with a new, innovative locking technology: cable markers without cable ties. Goodbye cable ties! Halogen-free & abrasion-resistant, this is the cable marking of the railroad industry of the future!
Polyester labels
Our polyester labels have proven to be very suitable for labeling in the railroad sector. Thanks to the special surface coating, the polyester film labels are smudge & abrasion resistant. The already applied acrylic adhesive ensures a high adhesion capacity on all smooth surfaces.
The polyester labels are printed by means of thermal transfer printing process.
Heat shrink marker
Our HTX-RS0 & HTX-PS0 heat shrink tubing markers are halogen-free and meet the important European railroad standards regarding fire behavior, toxicity, smoke emission and durability.
These markers can be printed flexibly & permanently legible with one of our thermal transfer printing systems.
Here our cable labeling stainless steel is already in use:
Extremely robust, temperature resistant & rustproof
Cable labeling stainless steel
Our stainless steel markers are made of 316 stainless steel and are used wherever extreme conditions prevail. 316 stainless steel is highly resistant to high temperatures, acids, alcohols, salt water, UV rays and various cleaning solutions.
The stainless steel cable labeling is permanently labeled legibly by laser and attached to the individual cables and lines with the help of stainless steel cable ties.
Our AIO cable markers are already in use here:
Halogen free, UV & temperature resistant
AIO cable marker
Our AIO cable markers have proven very suitable for marking in the chemical industry. They easily withstand temperatures from -25 to +80°C and are halogen-free, abrasion-resistant and UV-resistant. In addition, they can be printed quickly and easily and applied both during assembly and subsequently to the corresponding power cables, cable guide chains and cable protection conduits.
The AIO cable markers are fastened with cable ties and can therefore be used with a wide range of cable diameters.
