Seeking an Inside Sales Representative / Order Processing Specialist (m/f/d)

Texit is a down-to-earth, owner-managed company based in Dieburg. For nearly 25 years, we have specialized in industrial marking solutions, particularly in the field of cable marking. We serve customers in Germany, Europe, and around the world—including those in the renewable energy, rail, medical technology, and aerospace sectors. Here's what your role at Texit will entail:

Quotation Calculation / Order Processing / Billing

You will work closely with our field sales representatives. You will prepare quotes for prospective and existing customers, review and process incoming orders, and then generate invoices.

Sample request processing

Prospective customers regularly request sample products from us for testing. You will ensure (in consultation with your colleagues in the field) that the appropriate sample kits are shipped. Depending on customer needs, you will also put together custom samples.

Customer Service

You will assist our switchboard with initial customer service as needed. This includes answering questions and transferring callers to our labeling experts in the field.

In short: You’ll handle all tasks related to internal sales—from preparing quotes and processing orders to advising customers. This means boredom is guaranteed to be a thing of the past.

Our requirements for you:

• Completed vocational training in a business-related field, such as office management, wholesale and foreign trade, or as an industrial clerk, or equivalent
• Professional experience in internal sales and/or order processing
• Excellent written and spoken German
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Knowledge of other foreign languages, such as French, Italian, or Spanish, is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Reliable and independent work style
