02 Consulting
We always provide you with personal and targeted advice and work with you to find the optimum labeling solution. At Texit, your personal, fixed contact person from the sales department takes over the initial consultation. We are also happy to provide on-site support for active problem analysis and solution proposals.
03 Sampling
If individual tests such as abrasion resistance, print quality, etc. are required in advance, we will usually provide you with material samples free of charge in order to test them in detail for your very specific needs and
requirements. Only when you are completely satisfied with the results and approval has been granted will we provide you with a customized
offer.
04 Order processing
Our offer has convinced you. Your order will be processed immediately and as soon as we have all the relevant data for printing (technical drawings or data as an Excel spreadsheet), you will receive your order confirmation with a binding delivery date.
05 Delivery
Your ordered markers printed by us according to your specifications will be shipped by a reliable parcel service. To be informed about the status of the delivery at any time, a tracking number can be sent on request. Individual arrangements such as express shipping or pickup are possible.
06 After Sales Service
