Nameplate Labels Properties

With the type plate labels from Texit you can create machine plates cost-effectively and flexibly on your premises. The nameplate labels are made of polyester film and are therefore ideally suited for printing by means of thermal transfer. These labels can be used to permanently mark components, machines, equipment and buildings. The nameplate labels are very suitable for outdoor use, because they are very robust and UV-resistant. They can withstand temperatures from -40 to +100 degrees Celsius without any problems. In addition, the nameplate labels are halogen-free. This means that no toxic gases are produced in the event of a fire.

Nameplate labels plastic material

Texit nameplate labels are made of polyester material. The surface of the nameplates is made of polyester film, which is applied to a compressible foam carrier. This is very thin (650μ), so the nameplate labels are thin but very resistant. Polyester material is very often used for labels for marking in industry, because it is very easy to process and print, and at the same time extremely durable.

Self adhesive nameplate labels

The nameplate labels have a permanent acrylic adhesive and are therefore self-adhesive. After printing, you can simply peel the labels off the roll and attach them to the desired surface. Make sure that the surface is clean and dust-free. This is the best way for the acrylic adhesive to hold. The nameplate labels have been produced for permanent labeling of machines, equipment and buildings in industry.

Nameplate Labels Silver & White

In our standard assortment the nameplate labels are available in white and silver and in the sizes 13-100mm width x 7-70mm height. More detailed information about the size can be found in the table above on the website. These colors and sizes are the most commonly used colors for nameplates.

Nameplate labels printer

The rating plate labels can be permanently labeled on a rating plate printer. The thermal transfer process enables extremely robust printing. You also have the flexibility to design the nameplates yourself. When using the appropriate thermal transfer ribbon (we recommend a resin ribbon and the use of our TX4/300 label printer), the labeling is resistant to oil, salt water, conventional chemicals and UV rays. Nameplate labels roll

We supply the nameplate labels from our warehouse on a roll. This format offers the advantage that you as a customer can simply insert the nameplate labels into the printer. When we receive your order, we check whether we have the items in stock and whether the quality meets our Texit quality guidelines. If this is the case, we can send the products directly to the shipping department. You will then receive the items within 3 to 5 business days.
