Labeling in the chemical industry: chemicals, intensive processing and strong temperature fluctuations make high demands

High quality requirements in the chemical industry, especially with regard to chemical resistance and temperature resistance, place high demands on cable markers, labels and safety marking. The prerequisite for this are innovative product solutions. Texit's cable markers and labels not only meet these requirements, but can also be printed easily and flexibly with just one thermal transfer printer. This saves you time and money already during installation. Subsequent maintenance and repair work, as well as troubleshooting, are highly efficient because individual cables or components can be quickly identified, even in large systems. For the requirement of highest robustness and acid resistance we offer embossed or lasered stainless steel markers. These ensure maximum safety even against aggressive substances. At Texit, we make marking your plant easy, sustainable and efficient - see for yourself and test our products at your site completely free of charge and without obligation.

Here our cable labeling stainless steel is already in use:

Extremely robust, temperature resistant & rustproof

Cable labeling stainless steel

Our stainless steel markers are made of 316 stainless steel and are ideal for use in the chemical industry. Stainless steel 316 is resistant to high temperatures, acids, alcohols, salt water, UV rays and various cleaning solutions.

The stainless steel cable labeling is permanently labeled legibly by laser (or by embossing) and fastened to the individual cables and wires with the help of stainless steel cable ties.

Chemical Industry Cable Marker

Our AIO cable markers are already in use here:

Halogen free, UV & temperature resistant

AIO cable marker

Our AIO cable markers have proven very suitable for marking in the chemical industry. They easily withstand temperatures from -25 to +80°C and are halogen-free, abrasion-resistant and UV-resistant. In addition, they can be printed quickly and easily and applied both during assembly and subsequently to the corresponding power cables, cable guide chains and cable protection conduits.

The AIO cable markers are fastened with cable ties and can therefore be used with a wide range of cable diameters.

Our nameplate labels are already in use here:

UV-resistant, halogen-free & cost-effective

Nameplate labels

Our high-quality nameplate labels have proven very successful for labeling chemical systems. They can be printed more flexibly and cost-effectively than conventional metal nameplates using one of our thermal transfer printers. These identification labels are also ideally suited for use in the chemical industry thanks to their high UV and temperature resistance and abrasion resistance.

Visually hardly distinguishable from engraved nameplates - for a fraction of the cost!
