Product description
Our polyester labels are made of polyester film and for thermal transfer printing. For this purpose, they are subjected to a special surface coating. This, in conjunction with our recommended resin thermal transfer film, achieves the highest wipe and abrasion resistance via the thermal transfer printing process. The optimized acrylic adhesive has a high adhesion capacity and reaches its final adhesive strength after approx. 72 hours (FTM 1). The polyester labels can be bonded to all smooth surfaces such as paint, metal and high-energy plastics. In the colors silver and white, the base material complies with UL listing MH 16635.

Polyester labels properties
Polyester labels have become indispensable for machine marking in industry. The resistant properties of the material make them especially interesting for the industrial sector. Find out everything about this special material and why you should no longer do without polyester labels in your company.
Polyester is an extremely stable material that is used for the production of plastic labels. The labels are particularly durable and they adhere even at high temperatures (can be used in the temperature range from -40 to +150 degrees Celsius). The thin polyester film adheres to the surface and thus the labels can be easily applied to machines and other equipment or components for marking. It is recommended to use them on smooth surfaces, such as metal. There polyester labels adhere best. They are weather resistant and self-adhesive due to the acrylate adhesive already applied. Our labels have high resistance to chemicals, but also to water, greases, oils and alcohols. The applications of PET films are especially in the use of high quality machine signs and safety marking.

The polyester labels are available at Texit in the standard assortment in the colors silver and white. Do you need labels in the color yellow? Then our plastic labels might be just the thing for you. Polyester labels printer

In addition to the labels, you will also need the appropriate thermal transfer ribbon and a suitable thermal transfer printer. Further up on this page we have recommended suitable products for you. Polyester labels delivery
At Texit, we aim for delivery times of 3-5 business days. If the polyester labels you need are in stock at our warehouse, we can ship them within one business day. We usually have all products and items from our standard range in stock.
Have you requested a color or size outside our standard range? These products usually have to be made especially for you. Therefore, the delivery here takes longer than 5 business days. You will find more detailed information about the expected delivery date of your individual polyester labels on your order confirmation.
