Drahtbeschriftung Eigenschaften

Die DRT Drahtbeschriftung von Texit eignet sich bestens für die Aderkennzeichnung, sowie für die Kennzeichnung von dünnen Kabeln und Drähten. Die DRT Draht Markierer sind aus flexiblem PET (Polyethylenterephthalat) Kunststoff hergestellt. Dieses Material eignet sich sehr gut für die Bedruckung mittels Thermotransferdrucker. Zudem ist die PET-Folie der Drahtbeschriftung sehr temperaturbeständig und kann dauerhaft in einem Temperaturbereich von -79 bis zu +125 Grad Celsius eingesetzt werden. Bei Verwendung des optimalen Farbbandes und Druckers erzielen Sie mit der Drahtbeschriftung eine dauerhaft lesbare (>10 Jahre) Kabelbeschriftung.

Farbe & Größe

In unserem Standard Sortiment ist die DRT Drahtbeschriftung in den Farben Weiß und Gelb verfügbar. Die Größen variieren zwischen 22,9mm x 5,2mm bis zu 41mm x 11mm. Mehr Information zu der Größe können Sie der Produkt Liste weiter oben auf der Webseite entnehmen. Produkte aus unserem Standard Sortiment haben wir in der Regel in unserem Lager auf Vorrat. Drahtbeschriftung Befestigung

Bei den DRT Draht Markierern handelt es sich um Kabelbeschriftung zum Aufschieben. Die Markierung kann einfach von der Rolle aus bedruckt werden und anschließend auf die entsprechenden Drähte und Kabel aufgefädelt werden.

  1. Trennen Sie die bedruckte Drahtbeschriftung von der Rolle. Hierfür können Sie die einzelnen Markierer einfach an der Perforation lösen.

  2. Schieben Sie die Drahtbeschriftung nun, durch die seitlichen Löcher, auf den entsprechenden Draht / Kabel / Ader auf.

  3. Hierdurch sind die Markierer bereits befestigt. Zusätzliche Kabelbinder oder Klebstoff ist nicht notwendig. Profitieren Sie bei späterer Wartung von dieser einfachen Lösung zur langfristigen Drahtbeschriftung.

Drahtbeschriftung Schaltschränke

Drahtbeschriftung ist insbesondere in Schaltschränken sehr wichtig. Dort werden viele dünne Kabel, Einzeladern und Drähte verbunden und müssen dauerhaft lesbar gekennzeichnet werden. Die DRT Draht Beschriftung eignet sich hierfür besonders gut. Sie sind für die Verwendung bei kleinem Kabel Durchmesser optimiert und benötigen als Beschriftungssystem keine zusätzlichen Kabelbinder oder Klebstoff (anders als bei Etiketten oder Kabelschildern).
