The TX4M heat-shrink tubing printer from Texit is an extremely high-performance thermal transfer printer designed for industrial use. Thanks to its ability to print on “center-guided materials,” this printer is ideally suited for printing on heat-shrink tubing. When used with the appropriate printing system (printer, ribbon, heat-shrink tubing marker), this printer can produce permanently legible prints (> 10 years) on heat-shrink tubing. The TX4M also delivers excellent results in terms of ease of use and user-friendliness. This printer model is not only suitable for printing on heat-shrink tubing but also for printing on other products in the field of cable marking, as well as for items used in industrial labeling (e.g., labels and nameplates).

The TX4M impresses with its high performance, but also with its compact size and low weight. The thermal transfer printer can be easily operated via a touchscreen display and, thanks to the many connection options, flexibly connected to a computer and the corresponding software.

The heat shrinkable tubing is ideal for cable marking. It can be used not only to insulate cables, but also to mark them permanently. However, special shrink sleeve markers are required for printing. With this thermal transfer printer you can print shrink sleeves in different colors. The print colors are determined by the thermal transfer ribbon used. In contrast to direct thermal printing, thermal transfer printing is best suited for printing in colors. The shrink rate or the material of the shrink tubing does not play a role here.

The TX4M shrink tubing printer from Texit impresses with its intuitive operation (touch screen display), the high print resolution and the flexible application possibilities. The printer is compatible not only with heat shrink tubing, but also with cable marking products (cable labels, markers for cables, ...) and machine marking. Thus, you have a wide choice as far as the material to be printed is concerned and only need one printer for different items.

The thermal transfer printing process is based on the application of heat to specific points. As with other thermal transfer printers, this method melts the ink from thermal transfer ribbons in the print head onto the materials to be printed. This results in a very robust and durable print - perfectly suited for the high marking requirements of the industry.

The TX4M consists of a high-quality and robust metal housing. The lid of the printer is foldable and transparent, which allows you to see the printing process even during operation. The material guide is centered. This also makes it possible to print shrink sleeve markers in continuous format.

Furthermore, the TX4M printer has a material holder for materials with widths up to 205mm at 3 core. In compact format (252x288x460mm), the thermal transfer printer weighs just 10kg. Thanks to the many interfaces (SD, USB host, USB, network & Wlan and serial), the printer can be flexibly connected to computers and software.

Practical accessories are available for the TX4M that make it even easier to print shrink sleeves. These include a print roller made of rubber, which can be used to increase the imprinting accuracy, and a cutter with an excellent cutting function. With the help of the cutter, you can cut continuous material to the desired length directly after the printing process. The matching perforation knife is suitable for perforating a shrink sleeve. In addition to perforating, you can also use this as a cutter for other materials.
