Our cadmium-free vinyl labels can be reliably bonded to uneven surfaces as well as edges and radii. They are therefore well suited for use as machine signs. All Texit printers are suitable for printing the vinyl (PVC) labels. Depending on customer needs, you can use our entry-level model or the high-performance TX4/300 industrial label printer. In combination with our thermal transfer ribbon on optimized resin base, highest abrasion resistance of our vinyl labels is achieved.

Vinyl labels properties
Texit's vinyl labels are ideal for use as machine signs, for machine identification (safety marking) and for labeling components and equipment. The vinyl film is extremely conformable and flexible and thanks to the already attached acrylic adhesive, these labels are also self-adhesive. In addition, the plastic vinyl is inexpensive and easy to use. Vinyl material is often used for labeling on difficult surfaces (for example, an uneven or rough surface). You can use this product at temperatures from -30 to +90 degrees Celsius.
When using the appropriate thermal transfer printing system, the vinyl labels have a very high durability and can be used both indoors and outdoors. You will find the suitable printing system linked above on the website.
Color and size vinyl sticker
In our standard range we have the vinyl stickers in the color white and on a roll. The sizes of the vinyl stickers vary from 18 to 105mm width and 8 to 105mm height. These products are the most commonly used colors and sizes in the industry.

The vinyl labels from Texit are unprinted as standard. Thus, you can efficiently carry out the labeling exactly according to your own needs on site. In addition to the vinyl labels, we also supply the appropriate printing system. Is the purchase of a printing system not worth it because you only need a small quantity of vinyl labels or because you only need the labels for a special project? We also offer our thermal transfer printers for rent and on request we can also print the vinyl labels for you at our premises. Just get in touch with us for this.
Vinyl labels printer
Our vinyl labels are printed with a thermal transfer printer permanently readable. With the materials used, thermal transfer printing is the most suitable, because the labeling with this method has the longest durability and that even in difficult conditions. In addition, this printing method can be used to print not only text, but also a logo or barcode.
