The HTX-KM AIO cable markers are made of a thermoplastic polyether-polyurethane and are halogen-free, i.e. no toxic gases are produced during combustion. Thanks to a special surface coating and the printing with the TEXIT special resin tape FTI-Y the HTX cable markers can be used wherever permanently legible labelling is required.
The rounded outer edges and the soft, supple material reduce the risk of injury during assembly or maintenance. The arrangement of the HTX cable markers was designed in such a way that they can be easily removed from the material. This facilitates the assignment and processing of the markers when assembling the cables.
The markers are characterised by excellent material and marking properties, such as extreme tear resistance, extremely high smudge resistance, halogen-free and flame-retardant, and much more.

Kabelmarkierer HTX-AIO Eigenschaften
Mit dem Kabelmarkierer HTX-AIO von Texit können Sie Ihre Kabel und Leitungen einfach dauerhaft lesbar kennzeichnen. Unsere Kabelmarkierer bestehen aus thermoplastischen Polyether-Polyurethan. Diese Kunststoffkombination eignet sich hervorragend für das Bedrucken mit einem Thermotransferdrucker. Zudem ist das Material halogenfrei und kann deshalb sehr gut in den Branchen der Bahnindustrie, Elektrik und im Maschinen- und Anlagenbau verwendet werden.
Kabelmarkierer HTX-AIO Befestigung
Die HTX-AIO Kabelmarkierer werden mit Hilfe von Kabelbindern an den entsprechenden Kabeln befestigt. Diese Art der Befestigung hat einige Vorteile. So ist der Platz für die Markierung nicht zwingend vom Kabeldurchmesser abhängig, wie bei Kabeletiketten. Zudem ist die Befestigung zuverlässig und robust. Ein weiterer wichtiger Vorteil bei dieser Befestigungsmethode ist, dass die Markierer auch nach der Kabelmontage noch verwendet werden können. Mit den AIO Kabelmarkierern lassen sich deshalb auch bereits montierte Kabel und Leitungen noch beschriften. Farbe und Größe der Kabelmarkierer HTX-AIO
Der HTX-AIO Kabelmarkierer zur dauerhaften Kabelkennzeichnung ist bei uns standardmäßig in den Farben Gelb und Weiß erhältlich. Die Standard Größen umfassen 30-75mm in der Breite und 12 - 25mm in der Höhe. Mit diesem Standard Sortiment decken wir die am häufigsten verwendeten Größen und Farben ab. Als Hersteller von Kabelbeschriftungsprodukten haben Sie bei uns jedoch auch immer die Möglichkeit die von Ihnen individuell benötigte Größe und Farbe zu bestellen. Der Verkauf von Markierern in speziellen Größen und Farben erfolgt jedoch ausschließlich auf Kundenanfrage.
