Product description

Cable labels with protective laminate use a special laminate film that is extremely flexible and conformable. Even with small cable diameters, this reliably prevents the marker from standing up.

The marking is optimally protected from environmental influences and mechanical stress by the overlamination. For larger cable diameters, the excess laminate film can be separated from the label at the perforation point. The advantage of this technology is that it allows a very large number of cross-sections to be covered with one marker size.

For an optimal printing result, we recommend the use of a Texit thermal transfer printer and the matching ribbon.

Kabeletiketten mit Schutzlaminat Eigenschaften

Bei den Kabeletiketten mit Schutzlaminat verfügt das Obermaterial der Etiketten über eine schützende Laminatschicht. Die bereits mit permantentem Acrylat Klebstoff versehenen Kabeletiketten sind aus hochwertigem, halogenfreiem Polyolefin Kunststoff hergestellt und können bei Temperaturen von -20 bis zu +80 Grad Celsius eingesetzt werden.

Durch das Schutzlaminat weisen die Kabeletiketten eine lange Haltbarkeit auf und sind sowohl gegen UV-Strahlen, als auch gegen Öle, Fette, Feuchtigkeit, Reiniger und herkömmliche Chemikalien beständig. Die KRT2-P0 Kabeletiketten mit Schutzlaminat eignen sich damit auch für die Anwendung im Außenbereich oder in anderen Bereichen, in denen das Etikett starken Belastungen ausgesetzt ist. Diese Produkte werden auf Rolle geliefert.

Material der Kabeletiketten mit Schutzlaminat

Die KRT2-P0 Etiketten von Texit sind aus hoch flexiblem und anschmiegsamen Polyolefin-Kunststoff hergestellt und bereits mit Klebstoff und Laminat Folie versehen. Diese Kabeletiketten sind halogenfrei und können deshalb auch in Bereichen verwendet werden, bei denen keine giftigen Gase entstehen dürfen (z.B. Anwendung in der Bahntechnik). Dank der hohen UV-Beständigkeit können die Kabeletiketten mit Laminatfolie auch zur Kennzeichnung von Kabeln im Außenbereich eingesetzt werden. Bei dem Kleber handelt es sich um permanent klebenden, transparenten Acrylatkleber. Dieser sorgt dafür, dass die Etiketten auf glatten und unebenen Oberflächen von Kabeln und Leitungen gut haften.

Größe und Farben

In unserem Standardsortiment sind die Kabel Etiketten mit Laminatfolie in der Farbe Weiß erhältlich. Dank des äußerst flexiblen Materials eignen sich die Etiketten besonders gut für kleine Kabeldurchmesser. Sie sind bereits ab einer Breite von 13mm und mit einem Beschriftungsfeld von 6mm erhältlich. Mit unserem Standard Sortiment decken wir die häufigsten Kabeldurchmesser ab.

Kabeletiketten mit Schutzlaminat bedrucken

Die KRT2-P0 Etiketten können mit unserem TX4M/300 Thermotransferdrucker schnell und einfach dauerhaft bedruckt werden. Zur Bedruckung benötigen Sie neben dem Etikettendrucker auch das passende Farbband. Hierdurch garantieren wir unseren Kunden eine hohe Qualität der Beschriftung. Diese wird bei den KRT2-P0 Etiketten nach dem Druck zusätzlich durch das Schutzlaminat geschützt.
