Texit's self-laminating cable labels are excellently suited for marking cables, conductors and wires. Sensor recognition during thermal transfer printing is achieved by precisely printed bar markings (black mark) on the reverse side of the carrier paper. The character field is designed for smudge-proof and permanent printing using FTI-B ribbons. The KRT-P0 markers can be easily removed from the paper carrier for affixing.
The highly transparent polyalkene film and the crystal-clear permanent acrylic adhesive ensure excellent legibility of the printed information - even with very small characters. The marking is optimally protected from environmental influences and mechanical stress by overlamination. The extremely conformable Polyalken film with very low restoring forces in combination with an excellent acrylic adhesive ensure secure bonding even with very small cable diameters. Thanks to the use of polyalken, the KRT-P0 self-laminating cable labels are halogen-free and UV-resistant.

Self Laminating Cable Labels Features
In the case of the KRT-P self-laminating cable labels from Texit, the outer material has been finished with a thin protective laminate layer. Thanks to this finish, the self-laminating labels are particularly easy to handle and at the same time especially weather-resistant and robust. The marking with the help of the thermal transfer printer takes place on the plastic writing surface. After the printable upper material, the cable markers have an elongated piece of laminate foil in transparent to protect the printing. When applied, the laminate film is wrapped over the labeling. This process is called "self-laminating" because no extra laminate needs to be applied after application.
KRT-P0 self-laminating cable labels from Texit
Texit's self-laminating cable labels are a cost-effective solution for permanently labeling cables. Our KRT-P0 labels for cables and wires are available in different sizes. The text field of the cable labels is between 8mm and 32mm long. Thus, cables with small cable diameters and wires as well as larger cables can be labeled with such a label.
In the standard assortment the labels are offered in the color white transparent. If you need this article in a different color or size, we will be happy to produce custom-made labels for you. Halogen free self-laminating cable labels
The cable labels are made of supple and robust polyalken material and adhere particularly well to cable surfaces thanks to the resistant acrylate adhesive. The self-laminating cable labels are halogen-free and UV-resistant and are therefore particularly suitable for outdoor use and in the railroad engineering and telecommunications industries. They are also often used for electrical labeling or as protective profiles under cable bridges. Since the material is halogen-free, no toxic gases are produced in the event of fire.

Advantages of the self-laminating cable labels
Generally, cable labels are laminated to increase their durability and make them more robust against external influences. The laminate serves as an additional protective layer and increases the resistance. It also makes the labels resistant to UV rays, oils, petrol and other chemicals. Industry often places very high demands on cable labeling. In the case of heavy loads, the use of laminated cable labels is particularly useful. With self-laminating cable labels, you have the advantage that the laminate layer does not have to be applied subsequently to the material of the cable label, but is already part of the label itself.
