Product description

Texit's self-laminating cable labels are excellently suited for marking cables, conductors and wires. Sensor recognition during thermal transfer printing is achieved by precisely printed bar markings (black mark) on the reverse side of the carrier paper. The character field is designed for smudge-proof and permanent printing using FTI-B ribbons. The KRT-P0 markers can be easily removed from the paper carrier for affixing.

The highly transparent polyalkene film and the crystal-clear permanent acrylic adhesive ensure excellent legibility of the printed information - even with very small characters. The marking is optimally protected from environmental influences and mechanical stress by overlamination. The extremely conformable Polyalken film with very low restoring forces in combination with an excellent acrylic adhesive ensure secure bonding even with very small cable diameters. Thanks to the use of polyalken, the KRT-P0 self-laminating cable labels are halogen-free and UV-resistant.

Anwendung Kabeletiketten selbstlaminierend 

Selbstlaminierende Kabeletiketten Eigenschaften

Bei den selbstlaminierenden Kabeletiketten KRT-P von Texit ist das Obermaterial mit einer dünnen Schutzlaminat Schicht veredelt worden. Dank dieser Veredelung sind die selbstlaminierende Etiketten besonders einfach in der Handhabung und gleichzeitig besonders witterungsbeständig und robust. Die Beschriftung mithilfe des Thermotransferdruckers findet auf der Kunststoffschriftfläche statt. Die Kabelmarkierer haben nach dem bedruckbaren Obermaterial ein längliches Stück Laminatfolie in transparent zum Schutz der Bedruckung. Bei der Anbringung wird die Laminatfolie über die Beschriftung gewickelt. Dieser Vorgang wird „Selbstlaminieren“ genannt, da nach der Anbringung kein extra Laminat mehr aufgetragen werden muss.

KRT-P0 selbstlaminierende Kabeletiketten von Texit

Die selbstlaminierenden Kabeletiketten von Texit sind eine kostengünstige Lösung um Kabel dauerhaft zu beschriften. Unsere KRT-P0 Etiketten für Kabel und Leitungen sind in unterschiedlichen Größen erhältlich. Das Schriftfeld ist bei den Kabeletiketten zwischen 8mm und 32mm lang. Somit können sowohl Kabel mit kleinem Kabeldurchmesser und Adern, als auch größere Leitungen mit einem solchen Etikett beschriftet werden.

Im Standardsortiment werden die Etiketten in der Farbe Weiß transparent angeboten. Falls Sie diesen Artikel in anderen Farbe oder Größe benötigen, stellen wir für Sie gerne Sonderanfertigungen her. Halogenfreie selbstlaminierende Kabeletiketten

Die Kabeletiketten sind aus anschmiegsamen und robustem Material Polyalken hergestellt und haften Dank des beständgen Acrylatklebers besonders gut auf Kabeloberflächen. Die selbstlaminierenden Kabeletiketten sind halogenfrei und UV-beständig und eignen sich deshalb besonders für die Verwendung im Außenbereich und in den Branchen der Bahntechnik und Telekommunikation. Sie werden auch oft zur Elektrokennzeichnung oder als Schutzprofile unter Kabelbrücken verwendet. Da das Material halogenfrei ist, enstehen im Brandfall keine giftigen Gase.

Vorteile der selbstlaminierenden Kabel Etiketten

Generell werden Kabeletiketten laminiert, um Ihre Beständigkeit zu erhöhen und sie robuster gegenüber äußeren Einflüsse zu machen. Das Laminat dient als zusätzliche Schutzschicht und erhöht die Widerstandsfähigkeit. Zudem macht es die Etiketten beständig gegen UV-Strahlen, Öle, Benzin und andere Chemikalien. Die Industrie stellt oft sehr hohe Anforderungen an die Kabelkennzeichnung. Bei starken Belastungen ist der Einsatz von laminierten Kabeletiketten besonders sinnvoll. Bei selbstlaminierende Kabeletiketten haben Sie den Vorteil, dass die Laminatschicht nicht nachträglich auf das Material des Kabeletikett angebracht werden muss, sondern schon Bestandteil des Etiketts selbst ist. Somit entfällt ein zusätzlicher Arbeitsschritt. Die Vorteile lassen sich wie folgt zusammenfassen:
