The cable marker cable ties are made of a thermoplastic polyether polyurethane and are halogen-free and are attached to the cable with cable ties. Thanks to a special surface coating and printing with the Texit special resin tape FTI-Y, the HTX cable markers can be used wherever permanently legible labeling is required.
The rounded outer edges and the soft, supple material reduce the risk of injury during installation or maintenance. The arrangement of the HTX cable marker cable ties has been designed to allow additional labeling on the backing paper. This makes it easier to assign and process the markers when assembling the cables.
The markers are characterized by excellent material and labelling properties, such as extreme tear resistance, extremely high wipe resistance, halogen-free and flame-retardant, and much more.

With the cable marker cable ties from Texit, you can easily label your cables and wires so that they are permanently legible. As the name suggests, our cable marker cable ties are attached with cable ties for cable identification. The cable labels are made of thermoplastic polyether polyurethane. This plastic combination is ideal for printing with a thermal transfer printer. The material is also halogen-free and can therefore be used very well in the railroad industry, electrical engineering and in the photovoltaic sector.
Size and colors of cable markers cable ties
The HTX-PUR cable marker cable ties for permanent marking of cables is available from Texit as standard in yellow and white. The standard range includes sizes 60-75mm in width and 10 - 25mm in height. With this size range we cover the most commonly used cable diameters and bundle diameters in the industry. The marking field corresponds to the indicated sizes. So you can print the whole areas with these markers.
An additional advantage of the cable marker cable ties is that in addition to the labeling field, the paper carrier can also be printed (with the same printer that is used for the labeling field). This is very helpful for the assembly, because there is enough space on the paper carrier for assembly instructions.

Cable marking with cable tie
The cable markers cable ties are attached to the corresponding cables and wires using conventional cable ties. When using cable ties for mounting, the marking field of the markers is not necessarily dependent on the cable diameter. In addition, the cable markers can be fixed reliably and robustly with cable ties. Another advantage of fastening with cable ties is that the cable markers can still be used after cable assembly.
To attach it, detach the printed cable marker from the paper carrier. Then place it on the spot where the cable or bundle is to be marked. Then thread one cable tie each through the openings of the labeling field on the left and right. Shorten the cable ties according to the diameter of the bundle or the diameter of the cable.
Cable marker cable tie delivery and delivery time
If you order standard items from us, we usually have them in stock in our warehouse. After we have carefully checked the quality of the products and they are in order, we deliver the ordered products to you within 3 to 5 working days. As a result, you can often start marking your cables and bundles in the same week you place your order. In the case of custom-made products, the delivery time is somewhat longer, since the products must first be produced for you. Here, however, you also benefit from a fast delivery time, as our inner-European production has short delivery routes.
