Texit's self-laminating cable markers are ideal for marking cables, conductors and wires. Sensor recognition during thermal transfer printing is achieved by precisely printed bar markings (black mark) on the reverse side of the carrier paper. The title block is designed for smudge-proof and permanent printing using FTI-B ribbons. The markers can be effortlessly removed from the paper backing for affixing.
The highly transparent vinyl film and crystal-clear permanent acrylic adhesive ensure excellent legibility of the printed information - even with very small characters. The marking is optimally protected from environmental influences and mechanical stress by overlamination. The extremely conformable vinyl film with very low recovery forces in combination with an excellent acrylic adhesive ensure secure adhesion even with very small cable diameters.

Selbstlaminierende Kabelmarkierer Eigenschaften
Mit den selbstlaminierenden Kabelmarkierern von Texit können Sie Kabel, Adern und Leitungen schnell und kostengünstig dauerhaft lesbar markieren. Die KRT-P Kabelmarkierer aus unserem Kabeletiketten Sortiment können bei Temperaturen von -20 bis +80 Grad Celsius eingesetzt werden und verfügen über eine starke Haftung, Dank des permanenten Klebstoff Acrylat. Die Markierer haften sowohl auf glatter Oberfläche als auch auf unebenerer Kabel Oberfläche. Ein großer Vorteil der selbstlaminierenden Kabelmarkierer KRT-P ist, dass diese sowohl vor, als auch nach der Kabelmontage angebracht werden können. Die Lieferung der Markierer erfolgt auf Rolle. Dies ermöglicht ein optimales Bedrucken mit Thermotransferdrucker.
Kabelmarkierer Größe und Farbe
In unserem Standard Sortiment sind die selbstlaminerenden Kabelmarkierer in der Farbe Weiß und mit einem Schriftfeld von 8mm bis 22mm erhältlich. Durch diese Größenspanne lassen sich alle gängigen Kabeldurchmesser mit den Markierern kennzeichnen. Sie können aber auf der Produkt Seite auch individuelle Größen und Farben anfragen. Material der selbstlaminierenden Kabelmarkierer
Die KRT-P Kabelmarkierer bestehen aus anschmiegsamen und beständigem Vinyl. Sie werden auf Rolle geliefert und sind bereits mit Klebstoff (permanent haftenden, transparentem Acrylatkleber) versehen. Zudem verfügen sie über ein integriertes Schutzlaminat. Die Laminatfolie wird bei der Anbringung der Kennzeichnung über das bedruckte Vinyl gewickelt. Dies bietet Schutz für das Beschriftungsfeld und macht die Kabelmarkierer robust und widerstandsfähig. Sie sind beständig gegen Öle, Fette, Feuchtigkeit, UV-Strahlen, Abrieb und finden deshalb häufig Anwendung im Bereich der Industrie. Zudem sind die selbstlaminierenden Kabelmarkierer von Texit auch eine sehr kostengünstige Lösung zur dauerhaften Kennzeichnung von Kabeln und Leitungen.
