Our Texit maintenance stickers are ideal for creating company-specific inspection labels quickly, flexibly and efficiently using thermal transfer printing. The badges are made of PVC film with good adhesion. We offer two standard sizes each in white and electric yellow. The maintenance stickers made of vinyl are just as high quality, but less expensive than our test inspection stickers made of document foil.
For an optimal printing result, we recommend the use of a Texit thermal transfer ribbon.

Maintenance badges properties
Our Texit maintenance stickers are also made of high-quality vinyl and, as safety stickers, are ideal for marking machines and equipment. The stickers have the classic test label design and show the information and data for the next upcoming test. Test labels belong to the category of safety labels as test marks. In the industry, the products of this category play a major role. As a rule, the periodic maintenance and installation of technical machinery and equipment is regulated by law. Accordingly, a maintenance sticker must be affixed in a clearly visible manner and be permanently legible.
Maintenance tag material
Die Wartungsplaketten von Texit sind aus dem Material Vinyl hergestellt und mit Klebstoff versehen (Haftfolie). Die Frontfolien sind mit einem speziellen Coating versehen, damit die Bedruckung mittles Thermotransferdrucker optimiert wird. Die Aufkleber werden als Rollenetiketten geliefert und können bei Temperaturen zwischen -40 und +90 Grad Celsius eingesetzt werden (kurzfristig (<1 Stunde) hält dieser Artikel auch Temperaturen bis zu +125 Grad Celsius aus). Sie sind zudem beständig gegenüber Öl, Wasser, Alkoholen und Luftfeuchtigkeit bis zu 95%. Zwar weisen die Etiketten auch eine Beständigkeit gegenüber UV Strahlen auf, jedoch sollten sie nicht in direkter Sonneneinstrahlung platziert werden, da es dann zu Verfärbungen kommen kann.
